In 2021, after being frustrated with clothing not fitting me as a bigger guy and also finding lots of the products to be uninspired or poorly made, I decided to launch Sexy Ted. The brand aims to be inclusive and supportive of all types of people and promote that being Sexy is all about being comfortable and confident with yourself. As a brand, we aim to be fun and not take ourselves too seriously while producing high-quality products. Where we can, we try to manufacture or assemble our products in the US.

Classic Six is transforming that common case of “closet full of clothes, nothing to wear” into a “highly-edited closet full of purpose,” with thoughtfully designed capsule collections of timeless, quality, versatile pieces, that can ultimately be styled to create endless looks.
That phrase “closet full of clothes, nothing to wear” is all too familiar. We get it. We love fashion and are living in a world with endless options, but the reality is, these options have led us to become overwhelmed by choice...and not just choice online and in stores, but choice in our own closets from years of buying pieces we think we need but will never wear. Enter Classic Six.

OUR STORY
I have a heart for the aspiring brand owner because I vividly remember the challenges I faced as a young designer myself. Starting from scratch, navigating the intricacies of the industry, and building a brand from the ground up were not easy feats. It was a journey that demanded immense dedication, countless hours of learning, and an unyielding passion for my craft.
Back then, I lacked resources and guidance, often feeling like a small fish in a vast ocean. But those very challenges ignited a fire within me. They pushed me to persevere, to seek knowledge, and to forge my path despite the odds. Now, as an established brand owner, I recognize the importance of support and mentorship for those who are taking their first steps.
This experience is why I feel deeply connected to aspiring brand owners. I understand the struggles they face and the dreams they hold. It's why I'm not just invested in my own success, but in lifting others along the way. I'm dedicated to offering the guidance, insight, and encouragement that I wish I had during my early days.

Hi, my name is Krystal Lewis. I come to the table with 17 years of industry experience with corporate leaders here in Dallas (Bioworld/Pinpoint Merchandising/Mad Engine/Haggar). I have also visited some respected garment manufactures in Mexico in 2016 and China in 2017.
I started out just like you - an aspiring designer with no clue how to make a clothing line. Armed with a design degree and a fiery determination to figure it out. I worked my way up from design assistant to managing an entire design team before I eventually started my company, Black Unicorn Merchandising.
If you’ve found me you have probably attempted to start a clothing line and realized “whoa… this is hard.” Maybe you’ve found a manufacturer but they’ve turned you away because you are “not ready”. Either way - if you’ve found me I am ready to set you up for a successful design journey.
