1. What services do you offer?

We offer full-service apparel design and manufacturing support, including tech packs, sourcing, sample development, production management, and branded promotional merchandise. We also offer temporary freelance design solutions for corporate teams and a la carte services for individuals looking for assistance in specific areas of the process.

2. Do you work with startup brands or just established companies?

Both! We specialize in helping emerging designers bring their vision to life — and we also support established brands and corporate clients that need expert freelance design help.

3. What is your pricing structure?

Our projects start at $1,500 per style and vary depending on complexity, materials, and production quantity. We’ll provide a detailed quote after your initial consultation. A la Carte services are usually around $200-$300 depending on the needs and service.

4. What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for production?

To get fully custom apparel you are looking at a 200pc minimum order BUT we offer projects starting at 24–50 units to get you started. Depending on the factory and garment type we have a variety of ways to launch your line. We also offer branded wholesale blanks for clients who can’t meet full MOQ.

5. Do you offer just tech packs or design only?

Yes. You can hire us for tech packs only, design sketches, revisions to existing designs, or full production support — we’re flexible.

6. Can I use my own factory?

Yes, if you already have a manufacturer, we’re happy to collaborate. Just let us know so we can tailor our services accordingly.

7. How long does the process take?

Design is about a 4-6 week process, depending on how responsive you are with feedback. Sampling can take an additional 6–8 weeks depending on the complexity and time of year. Production lead times vary based on the factory and order size.

8. What if I don’t know where to start?

That’s what we’re here for. We guide you through every step — from concept to production — even if you’ve never launched a line before. We offer consulting for those who are still trying to get this figured out.

9. Do you do rush projects?

Rush services are available on a case-by-case basis and will include an additional fee. Let us know your timeline up front.

10. Do you offer consulting or hourly services?

Yes! We offer design consulting and freelance design support by the hour or project (1 hour minimum starting at $100 an hour for consulting and deliverables and $60.00 an hour for consulting only). This is especially helpful for corporate teams with overflow work.

11. Where are you located?

We’re based in Dallas, Texas, but we work with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

12. Do you do licensing or private label?

Yes — we can help with private label design or develop custom merchandise for your brand, organization, or event.
