Nichole has spent over three decades at the intersection of fashion, retail, and brand strategy. She has worked with industry titans including Nike, Spanx, Adidas, and Forever 21 — helping brands sharpen their retail presence, drive measurable sales performance, and build compelling brand identities.

Today, through her company Creative Visual Solutions, she channels that expertise into helping fashion brands and boutique owners build stronger, more strategic businesses through merchandising guidance and brand growth planning.

Krystal Lewis

KRYSTAL LEWIS

CEO, Black Unicorn Merchandising | 18 year fashion industry veteran

Krystal Lewis has over 17 years of experience in the apparel industry, working with companies such as Bioworld, Pinpoint Merchandising, Mad Engine, and Haggar. She has also visited respected garment manufacturers in Mexico, China and New York, gaining firsthand insight into global apparel production.

Krystal launched Black Unicorn Merchandising in 201, where she now helps founders navigate product development, manufacturing, and production readiness so they can successfully bring their clothing lines to life.
